We aim to be the number one most employee-friendly restaurant company in Nagoya. In my 20s, I trained at a certain yakitori restaurant. At that time, restaurants were known for their "traditional restaurant culture." The working environment was extremely harsh, and while I enjoyed the work, I could barely make ends meet. That's precisely why I had a personal goal I absolutely wanted to achieve: "To create a restaurant company with a well-established employment environment." Currently, while it's difficult for restaurants in Nagoya to take two days off per week, our company implements a complete two-days-off-per-week system. We have also established a performance evaluation system and welfare benefits, setting our salaries at a higher level than other establishments. The reason we focus on this is because we want our employees to work enjoyably and authentically within an employment environment that is in tune with the times. Furthermore, I believe that "enjoyment" comes from "overcoming challenges and realizing one's own growth." We await motivated individuals who will continue to grow with us, fully enjoying both their work and private lives.
