IILIVING's mission is to "make the real estate market better through technology." To achieve this, we aim to "become an indispensable information infrastructure for the real estate market." In Japan's vast real estate market, estimated at approximately 60 trillion yen, we are creating a new market domain of "information technology x real estate." We drive the DX of the real estate industry and market by evolving the operations of our clients, real estate businesses, through technology. We plan and develop systems and applications to solve the management challenges faced by real estate businesses, offering them as cloud SaaS with a subscription-based, recurring payment model. These solutions address needs such as: - Improving operational efficiency and data utilization through database management of real estate property information, contract details, and customer data. - Enhancing revenue opportunities by strengthening web marketing to consumers via company websites and other channels. - Strengthening asset management services for property owners. - Supporting the IT transformation of real estate transactions (e.g., VR property viewings, IT-based important property explanations, electronic contracts, electronic payments). - Improving operational efficiency and revenue opportunities through effective communication with tenants and owners. - Ensuring business continuity (information security, data preservation). - Optimizing IT investments and costs. To meet these needs, we engage in the planning and development of system applications (SaaS), marketing and sales activities, consulting and support for our clients. We are promoting DX in the real estate market, which is characterized by many small and medium-sized enterprises, contributing to increased productivity for real estate businesses. We also develop services that enable real estate businesses to provide more convenient real estate transaction experiences for their end consumers. Leveraging our unique position as a vertical-specific, industry-focused SaaS for the real estate market, IILIVING aims to become the "essential information and transaction infrastructure for the real estate market."
