Based in Suruga-ku, Shizuoka City, we operate day services, group homes, assisted living facilities, housing-type assisted living facilities, small-scale multifunctional residential care, and care support offices. We continue to operate facilities rooted in the community and celebrated our 20th anniversary last year. Seiyokai upholds the company philosophy of '1. First, do for others what you would want done for yourself. 2. Always think about how to satisfy our customers in your work. 3. Aim to be a company and an individual accepted and recognized by the local community.' We were founded with the desire not only to provide a place for the elderly to receive life support, but also to prevent dementia and improve its condition as much as possible through actively moving the body and engaging the mind. All staff members are united in their efforts to provide dementia care. Many employees have transitioned from different industries, and our training and education systems are robust, allowing even those with no prior caregiving experience to work with confidence. We also have an in-house training school, enabling employees to pursue qualifications while working.
