With a delivery box, you are freed from the hassle of requesting redelivery and the constraints of being at home, so the demand for delivery boxes is growing with the expansion of the EC market. Currently, it is rapidly spreading not only as a condominium facility but also to detached houses. We develop, manufacture, and sell automatic delivery systems. We are a manufacturer of delivery boxes that allow non-contact package reception. We have established a system that can handle everything from development, design, manufacturing, sales, to after-sales support. We are involved in the development, manufacturing, and sales of delivery boxes, which have become a standard system for condominiums. We also develop electric lock-type mailboxes by applying the electric lock technology cultivated with delivery boxes. In recent years, our representative design wall "monocompo" has been a smash hit. It has been accepted in the industry because it can handle condominiums of various sizes and designs. We also offer a variety of services such as "rental car delivery" and "net supermarket linkage" in response to the diversifying needs of people's lives. We also sell delivery boxes for detached houses and operate delivery boxes at stations and public facilities. We are promoting the creation of a company that is needed in the future society through business development that aligns with SDGs and pursuing further growth. Maintenance and Service Operation: Delivery boxes are not products where the customer relationship ends after sales. After the delivery box is installed, we perform maintenance and management of the delivery box and operation of services such as "rental car delivery" and "net supermarket linkage." With the idea that the period after sales is important, we have established a specialized department within the company to handle after-sales support, rather than outsourcing it. Commitment to Safety: We aim to grow from condominium facilities to social infrastructure. Since our founding, we have been committed to safety first and product safety. In 2014, we also received the Grand Prize for Kids Design Award from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Our product development, which allows children to use it with peace of mind, has been recognized by the government. We will continue to develop products with safety in mind.
