Virtue Partners is an operator, manager, and investor of lifestyle and innovation-focused destinations based in Shanghai. Founded in 2016, the Company is currently investing and managing a number of lifestyle and innovation-focused communities. At our core, we are operators and we add value to communities through strong design, creating and introducing unique content (through unique events, non-permanent attractions, and unique leasing) as well as strong operations and management. We find ways of unlocking the potential of each location – size and even location aren’t necessarily the only considerations, but it’s more important that we can create places that will have a unique identity in the community. No more cookie-cutter projects. While we invest with institutional investors into assets and operations that have the opportunity to grow in the market, we also know that each place will be different. We also believe that the opportunities for an operator should not be confined to our own projects and therefore, we are geared to manage and operate assets with third-party owners and investors. We have strong access to different types of real estate (different types of content can be applied to different types of real estate) as these are already areas that we operate in and invest in already. For example, we have begun a partnership with a major e-commerce player to manage and activate parts of their commercial real estate portfolio in key major cities such as Hangzhou and Shenzhen. Our business partners and clients include companies such as Shui On Group, Alibaba, GLP, Metersbonwe amongst others. As a company engaged in investment, operation, and management in multiple dimensions, Virtue Partners (Shanghai) is committed to creating benchmark urban destinations that provide unique lifestyles and fresh vitality. This company was founded in 2016 and has since successfully invested in and operated multiple commercial communities aimed at transforming and upgrading lifestyles. While possessing high-level operational and management capabilities, we place greater emphasis on incubating, nurturing, creating, and promoting unique content (including themed events, pop-up shops, and unique leasing models), thereby bringing new vitality and commercial value to assets. Saying goodbye to the era of monotony, we enjoy discovering the potential unique charm of each asset. The size and location of an asset have never been the sole factors for us in considering its unique recognizability. We jointly explore and invest in potential market opportunities with co-investors, and each opportunity seized will ultimately bloom with different brilliance. We believe that opportunities do not only exist within our own assets, and we are ready to provide tailor-made operational and management strategies and implementation services for all assets at any time. With years of real estate operation experience, the team has accumulated numerous multi-level resources centered on real estate, and different resources can be adapted to various types of properties. Currently, we have reached a strategic cooperation with a major internet e-commerce giant for some commercial real estate projects in key cities, such as the projects in Hangzhou and Shenzhen, which are progressing rapidly. Our current business partners include Shui On Group, Alibaba, GLP, Metersbonwe, etc.
