The company's engineering and technical R&D team consists of experts who have been engaged in the research, development, and production of high-performance polymer wear-resistant materials, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyurethane, rubber, and plastic sealing elements since the early 1990s, with over 20 years of R&D, design, and manufacturing experience. We have a strong product R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance system to ensure product quality stability. We have a professional factory area of over 5,000 square meters, a 2,000 square meter constant temperature and humidity production workshop, and dozens of sets of advanced production and testing equipment. We provide integrated services from raw material formula R&D, selection, mold development, design, processing, to finished product shipment and after-sales service. Our independently processed product series has a diameter size of up to 1800mm. Dongsheng Sealing produces modified polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) series sealing components, polyetheretherketone (PEEK), polyimide (PI), ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (U-PE), polyoxymethylene (POM), nylon (PA) special plastic seals, pipes, rods, plates, and other polymer material products suitable for dynamic and static sealing, ultra-high and low temperatures, ultra-high pressure, ultra-wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance in special working conditions. We also produce oil-resistant, wear-resistant, high-pressure resistant, and hydrolysis-resistant main oil seals made of polyurethane (CNC turning PU) sealing components, conventional (NBR, EPDM, FKM) rubber seals, special (HNBR, AFLAS, FFKM) rubber oil seals, phenolic resin guide belts, guide rings, and a full series of industrial and engineering machinery seals, hydraulic (pneumatic) cylinder seals, oil-free lubrication, stainless steel oil seals, food-grade, and medical-grade seals. To meet customer and market demands, we have independently developed over 200 types of sealing materials for customer selection.
