About 安集微电子科技（上海）股份有限公司

Anji Microelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Anji Technology) is a high-tech semiconductor materials company that adheres to independent innovation, integrating R&D, production, sales, and technical services. The company's main business is the R&D and industrialization of key semiconductor materials. Currently, its products include different series of chemical mechanical polishing slurries and photoresist removers, mainly used in the fields of integrated circuit manufacturing and advanced packaging. Before Anji Technology was established, high-end materials in China's IC polishing slurry field were entirely dependent on imports, mainly monopolized by companies from the United States and Japan. After its establishment, Anji Technology adhered to independent innovation, broke the monopoly, achieved a breakthrough in domestic high-end integrated circuit materials, and filled the domestic gap in this field. Anji Technology has always adhered to "independent innovation" as the cornerstone of its corporate development, committed to enhancing its own innovation capabilities, with R&D investment accounting for 15%-20% of sales revenue annually as a basic guarantee. Anji Technology has built a completely independent technology platform, protected by a comprehensive intellectual property system, and has applied for over 700 invention patents, with over 190 authorized patents. Since 2009, Anji Technology has undertaken multiple national 02 major special projects. It has been honored as one of the "Top Ten Chinese Semiconductor Materials Companies" for two consecutive years and has been selected as a "Shanghai High-tech Enterprise", "Shanghai Little Giant Enterprise", and "Shanghai Patent Demonstration Enterprise".
