About 夏原工業株式会社

We are a company based in Hikone City that works in areas related to manufacturing, the environment, and human resources. The BP Business Office is the department that handles human resources, connecting local companies and job seekers in the prefecture on a community-based level. 【Network and Communication Unique to Local Companies】 We provide detailed support for each individual staff member, a level of care not found in large staffing companies. We carefully select jobs that match the experience and qualifications of job seekers, introducing them to workplaces where they can work comfortably for long periods. 【Thorough Aftercare】 We sincerely address various concerns such as job worries, workplace anxieties, and dissatisfaction, and if necessary, we will coordinate with the dispatch destination. 【Information Sessions Held Weekly】 We hold job information sessions three times a week in various locations throughout Shiga Prefecture. No reservation or resume is required, and we speak with each person individually, so even questions are welcome. Please feel free to come. Details can be found on our website.
