YTO Express Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as YTO Express) was founded in May 2000 and has now become a large enterprise group integrating new express logistics, new technology, new retail business segments, as well as air cargo, and domestic and international coordinated development. On October 20, 2016, YTO Express was the first in the industry to be successfully listed (600233.SH). YTO Express ranks among the "Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises" and "Top 100 Chinese Private Service Enterprises", and has been awarded titles such as National 5A-level Logistics Enterprise, and has won honors such as the China Logistics Social Responsibility Contribution Award. As a private express company with its own airline in China, YTO Cargo has 12 freighters in operation, basically establishing a route network covering major regions, with more than a thousand belly cargo routes and covering more than 120 domestic cities. YTO's international layout is expanding with the "Belt and Road" initiative, cross-border e-commerce, and overseas Chinese enterprises.
