The National Intelligent Commercial Vehicle Quality Supervision and Inspection Center is a third-party comprehensive automotive testing and technical service institution with independent legal status, accredited and authorized by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration. It is the first national-level testing institution in the field of intelligent commercial vehicles in China, and also the first national-level testing center in the automotive industry in Jiangsu Province. The center currently has a 600-mu (approximately 100 acres) enclosed test track (overall plan of 2500 mu) and a 3-square-kilometer open test field, as well as multiple laboratories for whole vehicles, structural safety, and intelligent connected vehicles. The center's enclosed test track is one of the first three national intelligent connected vehicle autonomous driving closed-field testing bases recognized by the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. At the same time, the center is the designated unit for intelligent connected vehicle open road testing qualifications in Jiangsu Province. The center has formed a highly concentrated, forward-looking, and specialized testing capability, covering testing of complete vehicles, components, and intelligent connected vehicles.
