Beijing Kaiyin Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kaiyin Technology) was established in 2008 with a registered capital of 127 million yuan. Located in the National Economic and Technological Development Zone, known as "Medicine Valley" -- Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. Kaiyin Technology is based on a biotechnology platform, focusing on the field of viral diseases, and is committed to becoming a biopharmaceutical company that provides therapeutic solutions. In 2010, it completed the joint-stock system reform, and in 2011, it successively introduced strategic partners such as Legend Capital, Haitong Kaiyuan, Cybernaut, and Lilly Asia Ventures. It has been selected as a Zhongguancun High-end Leading Enterprise, a Top 100 Zhongguancun Emerging Enterprise, and the Beijing Biomedical Industry Leapfrog Development (G20) Project. Kaiyin Technology's R&D team is composed of returned overseas and domestic doctors and masters, with professional fields covering molecular biology, pharmacology, process development, quality control, and formulation, fully possessing the technical strength for independent development of biological drugs. With the main mode of independent R&D, it develops a series of innovative drugs with independent intellectual property rights on the basis of national major science and technology special projects such as the "11th Five-Year Plan" and "12th Five-Year Plan", establishes a product portfolio of antiviral series, and has drugs for treating hepatitis C. The R&D center has been awarded "Beijing Engineering Research Center for Recombinant Protein Drug", "Beijing Enterprise Technology Center", and "Beijing Engineering Laboratory for Liver Disease Treatment Drug Research". It has obtained 39 authorized invention patents and is a "Beijing Patent Demonstration Unit". Kaiyin Technology has 7 GMP production workshops, with rich drug dosage form production lines: the biological product production line includes 3 dosage forms: small-volume injections (non-final sterilization), lyophilized powder injections, and effervescent tablets; the chemical drug production line includes 4 dosage forms: small-volume injections (final sterilization and non-final sterilization), lyophilized powder injections, tablets, and capsules. Among them, the chemical drug final sterilization injection production line has passed the Ukraine International GMP certification (PIC/S standard).
