About 共同産業株式会社

Established in 1969, our group has approximately 750 employees. In addition to the building maintenance business, which has been our core since our founding, we have launched hotel room services, logistics, contract work for light labor, and a staffing service to adapt to rapidly changing times. Our building maintenance business is divided into cleaning, facilities, and security. As a comprehensive management company, we handle all of these, managing not only office buildings but also a variety of facilities such as hotels, hospitals, airports, factories, and public institutions. While we operate nationwide, our main business areas are the Tokyo metropolitan area, the Kansai region, and the Chubu region. Our offices are located in Osaka (Headquarters), Tokyo, Nagoya, Yokohama, and Kyoto.
