Its predecessor, Orient Securities Co., Ltd., opened for business on March 9, 1998, with its headquarters in Shanghai and a registered capital of RMB 6.994 billion. The Company was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600958) on March 23, 2015, and its H shares were successfully issued and listed on July 8, 2016 (stock code: 03958), becoming the fifth A+H listed securities firm in the industry.
