Excellent Group, which creates emotion, started in Shikoku, Tokushima in 2004. We develop various welfare services such as the first privately-run "Assisted Living Facility Excellent Tokushima" in Tokushima Prefecture, assisted living facilities, group homes, day services, visiting care, home-visit care support offices, and care taxis. Starting with our expansion into Hyogo Prefecture in 2010, we began expanding nationwide. As of 2025, we operate numerous care and childcare facilities in 9 prefectures nationwide, with over 2,050 employees. To achieve stable growth, the cooperation of all employees is indispensable. We are working to create a comfortable working environment where each individual can demonstrate their strengths. To create a workplace where people can feel rewarded and work enjoyably for a long time, we are focusing on improving and enhancing our internal systems, training systems, and benefits. We have implemented various initiatives, such as "100 yen lunches" where employees can eat lunch for one coin, a "circle activity expense subsidy system" to support sports and cultural activities, and "live streaming of over 400 hours of training per year" to support career and skill development.
